League City - Fire Station No. 2 Additions

The project consisted of an addition of approximately 9,493 square feet and renovation of approximately 962 square feet of existing Fire Station #2. The addition consisted of two Apparatus Bays, a Public Lobby, an Evaluation and Treatment Room, Station Captain and EMS supervisor Offices, storage space and living space for fire and EMS personnel, including two covered exterior patios. The project includes civil site work, landscaping, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, telecommunications and security systems and cabling for the addition.
