Galveston County – Courthouse Renovations

J. W. Kelso Company completed renovations of a six story office building, totaling 100,000 square feet. The project was completed in two phases. The first phase consisted of demolition and abatement of all floors. The second phase consisted of all new sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems including all new finishes to five floors. All of the above work was completed in thirteen months, while keeping the County’s Information Technology Computer Room and County Tax Office open.
